These terms cover website design, build and monthly plans provided by Welcomat, a trading name of Marian Mihaies, London, United Kingdom. Each project is also confirmed in writing by email, with the agreed price and what's included. If anything in that written quote differs from these terms, the quote applies.

Quotes and previews

• Quotes are fixed prices for the work described. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately before it starts.
• We build a preview of your website before you pay. If you decide not to go ahead at the preview stage, you owe nothing.

Paying for the build

• The build fee is due when you approve the finished website, before it goes live on your domain.
• Invoices are payable within 7 days by bank transfer unless agreed otherwise.

Monthly plans

• The monthly plan starts when your website goes live and is billed monthly in advance.
• It covers hosting, your domain renewal, security certificates and the amount of changes listed in your plan. Unused change time doesn't roll over.
• There's no minimum term. You can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice by email.

Your domain and content

• Your domain is registered in your business's name. If you cancel, we'll help you transfer it to you or to another provider.
• You're responsible for making sure you have the right to use the text, photos and logos you send us.
• Once the build fee is paid, the design and content of your website are yours to use. We may show your website as an example of our work unless you ask us not to.

What we're responsible for

• We'll carry out the work with reasonable care and skill, and fix any faults in what we've built at no extra cost.
• We rely on third-party hosting and domain providers, and aren't responsible for outages on their side, though we'll do everything reasonable to get things back up.
• Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
