Hi,

We're a two-van plumbing and heating firm covering Enfield and around. Most of our work is word of mouth, but people keep asking for a website and we lose emergency jobs to whoever comes up first on Google.

Main things we do are emergency call-outs, boiler servicing and repairs, and a few bathroom fits a year. Price list and some photos from recent jobs attached.

Most important thing: people need to be able to ring us straight from their phone.

I already have a Facebook page. Do I need a website?

Facebook is useful for news, but people searching Google want a proper page they can trust, with your prices, hours and a button to call. A website also belongs to you, not to a social network.

Do I need to know anything technical?

No. You tell us about your business and send a few photos. We handle everything else, including the domain, hosting and Google set-up.

How long does it take?

You'll usually see a preview within a few days of sending the information. Most sites are live within a week, depending on how quickly you reply with changes.

Who owns the website?

The domain is registered in your business's name from day one. If you ever decide to leave, it stays yours.

Can I cancel the monthly plan?

Yes, with 30 days' notice. There's no minimum term.

How do changes work?

Email what you'd like changed and we'll do it, usually within a couple of working days. Small changes are included in your plan every month.

Do you only work with London businesses?

No. We're based in London, but everything can be done by email and phone, so we work with businesses anywhere in the UK.

What isn't included?
